Senior Analyst - Corporate Compliance

We've partnered with a company in the securitites and commodity exchange industry now searching for a Senior Analyst of Corporate Compliance to come and join them and ensure that the organisation adheres to the regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry standards. You will conduct investigations, audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and develop strategies to mitigate ris. Additionally, you will monitor changes in regulations and update policies and procedures accordingly.Key responsibilities:Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and industry standards.Investigate reported incidents of non-compliance and determine root causes.Develop and implement compliance strategies, policies, and procedures to mitigate risks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of compliance initiatives with business objectives.Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance-related matters.Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory agencies as required.This is an on-site role in Abu Dhabi and no remote working is on offer here.
