Senior Analyst – Deals (Valuation)- Department: Valuation Team- Location: KSAWe are looking for a Senior Analyst – Deals (Valuation) to join the Valuation Team and support a range of valuation and financial advisory engagements.Key Responsibilities1- Conduct company, industry, economic, and capital market research.2- Perform financial analysis, benchmarking, and comparable company analysis.3- Apply various valuation methodologies, including DCF, earnings multiples, excess earnings, Black-Scholes, backsolve, comparative sales, replacement cost, and CAPM.4- Build, review, and analyze financial models.Perform scenario, sensitivity, and statistical analysis.5- Support business and intangible asset valuation engagements.6- Contribute to impairment testing and valuation-related assignments.7- Prepare valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables.8- Support high-profile client engagements while managing timelines and deliverables.9- Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to maintaining strong client relationships.Requirements- Experiance 5 Years, Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Valuation engagements.- Proven experience in Business Valuation and/or Intangible Asset Valuation.- Strong knowledge of Financial Modeling and Valuation methodologies.- Experience in Impairment Testing and/or Derivatives is required.- Good understanding of DCF, CAPM, multiples, and financial analysis.- Strong analytical and research skills.- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple deliverables under deadlines.* CFA qualification or progress toward CFA is preferred.Benefits- Medical Insurance- Travel Tickets
