Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management – Abu DhabiDiscover the OpportunityWe’re partnering with a leading organisation in Abu Dhabi that is looking to strengthen its Enterprise Risk Management function.This is a hands-on risk position focused on identifying, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating enterprise-wide risks while supporting the continued development of the organisation’s ERM framework.You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the business, providing risk analysis and insights that support informed decision-making and strengthen the organisation’s overall risk culture.Discover the Responsibilities:Support the development and continuous improvement of the organisation’s Enterprise Risk Management framework, policies, and controlsConduct enterprise-wide risk assessments, identifying key exposures and recommending appropriate mitigation strategiesMonitor Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), emerging risks, and risk trends to provide early visibility of potential issuesPerform scenario analysis and stress testing to assess organisational resilience and the effectiveness of existing risk controlsPrepare risk reports, analysis, and recommendations for senior stakeholders to support informed decision-makingWork closely with teams across the organisation to embed effective risk management practices and strengthen risk awarenessSupport risk audits, governance activities, and regulatory requirements while ensuring alignment with recognised industry standardIdentify opportunities to continuously improve risk management processes, frameworks, and reporting capabilitiesDiscover the Requirements:6+ years of experience within Enterprise Risk Management, operational risk, financial risk, or a closely related disciplineStrong experience conducting risk assessments, monitoring KRIs, analysing emerging risks, and developing mitigation strategiesExperience with scenario analysis, stress testing, risk reporting, and enterprise-wide risk frameworksStrong understanding of risk governance, regulatory requirements, controls, and industry best practicesPrevious experience within financial services, capital markets, securities, or another highly regulated environment would be advantageousBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a related disciplineProfessional certifications such as FRM, PRM, or another recognised risk management qualification would be advantageousStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadershipWhy Join?Join a high-profile organisation with a sophisticated and evolving Enterprise Risk Management functionGain exposure to enterprise-wide risks across a complex and highly regulated environmentWork closely with senior stakeholders and contribute directly to strategic risk decision-makingPlay an important role in strengthening risk frameworks, governance, and organisational resilience
