Senior Analyst - FP&A & Data

Our client is a leading international technology organisation operating across multiple European markets. They are looking for a Senior Analyst FP&A & Analytics to join their Group Finance team in Amsterdam.This position sits at the intersection of finance, analytics and data, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys combining financial modelling with modern data tools to drive business insights and improve decision-making across an international organisation.DescriptionResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain and improve financial models to support forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning.Analyse large financial and operational datasets using SQL, Python and other analytical tools.Drive automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and reduce manual processes.Own and maintain KPI datasets, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and governance across multiple business units.Improve existing data structures, reporting processes and analytics capabilities.Support scenario modelling, ad hoc financial analysis and business performance reviews.Prepare management reports, presentations and board-level performance materials.Partner with finance, data and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions.Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation and financial planning processes.About YouBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics or another quantitative discipline.Approximately 5+ years of experience within FP&A, Financial Analysis, Business Analytics or a similar analytical role.Strong financial modelling skills using Excel or Google Sheets.Experience working with SQL and Python.Experience with Power Query, Databricks or comparable data transformation tools is highly desirable.Experience with Tableau, Looker or similar BI tools is considered an advantage.Comfortable working with large datasets and translating complex information into actionable business insights.Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, structured and able to work independently within an international environment.What's on OfferSalary up to €85,000 gross per year, depending on experience.Performance-based annual bonus.25+ vacation days.Hybrid working model (2-3 days per week in the office).Travel allowance.Competitive pension scheme.Excellent learning and development opportunities.Opportunity to join a highly international organisation undergoing continuous growth and innovation.Broad exposure to Group Finance, analytics and senior business stakeholders.Robert Walters Netherlands is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
