Apply & track with Apply EdgeA Pre-IPO Technology Firm is seeking an experienced FP&A professional to join their team as a Senior Analyst, FP&A.Responsibilities:Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial analysis for corporate G&A functionsPartner with business leaders to monitor spending, analyze variances, and evaluate financial trade-offsBuild and maintain cash flow forecasts, including working capital, collections, and liquidity analysisSupport the monthly close process by analyzing results and preparing variance explanationsCoordinate quarterly forecasts and the annual budgeting process across assigned areasPartner with Accounting and other internal teams to consolidate and analyze financial resultsPrepare financial models, management reporting, and presentations for senior leadershipSupport executive and Board-level reporting and provide actionable insights to drive business decisionsIdentify opportunities to improve financial processes, reporting, and forecasting capabilitiesAssist with strategic finance initiatives and special projectsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field3+ years of finance experience, including meaningful experience in FP&A or corporate financeInvestment banking or transaction advisory experience a plusStrong financial modeling skills with the ability to build driver-based models from scratchStrong understanding of the three financial statements and how they interactExperience building and analyzing cash flow forecastsAdvanced Excel skills and experience working with financial systems and large data setsExperience with financial planning, ERP, visualization, or BI tools a plusFamiliarity with core accounting concepts and principlesStrong analytical, written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skillsAbility to build and improve processes in a fast-paced, evolving environmentEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work across detailed financial analysis and executive-level reporting
