Senior Analyst, Fund Management – Abu DhabiDiscover the Opportunity:We’re partnering with a leading financial organisation in Abu Dhabi that is looking to strengthen its Fund Management and Treasury capabilities.This is a hands-on front-office position focused on liquidity management, investment execution, cash flow planning, and ensuring funds are effectively deployed in line with wider financial objectives.You’ll work closely with senior finance stakeholders, banks, investment managers, and other financial institutions, providing oversight across treasury and investment activities while supporting important strategic and operational funding requirements.Discover the Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day treasury and fund management activities, including liquidity planning, cash positioning, forecasting, and investment executionBuild and maintain relationships with banks, investment managers, custodians, and other external financial institutionsExecute and monitor investment transactions in line with approved strategies, governance frameworks, and risk parametersMonitor portfolio performance, yield, maturity profiles, concentration, liquidity, and overall fund allocationPrepare treasury and liquidity reporting, providing clear insights into cash positions, investment performance, funding requirements, and financial risksSupport funding and distribution activities, ensuring sufficient liquidity is available to meet planned financial obligationsMaintain strong governance, documentation, controls, and audit trails across treasury and investment activitiesPartner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational issues and continuously improve fund management processesDiscover the Requirements:6+ years of experience across treasury, fund management, investment operations, or a closely related financial disciplineStrong experience in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, investment execution, and portfolio performance monitoringGood understanding of investment instruments, banking operations, counterparty exposure, financial controls, and treasury governanceExperience working with banks, investment managers, custodians, and other financial institutionsStrong knowledge of regulatory requirements, investment policies, and financial reporting standardsExperience using ERP, treasury, or investment management systems and platformsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related disciplineProfessional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalentStrong analytical, reporting, communication, and stakeholder management capabilitiesWhy Join?Join a high-profile financial organisation operating within Abu Dhabi’s sophisticated financial ecosystemGain exposure to significant treasury, liquidity, and investment management activitiesWork closely with senior finance leaders and major financial institutionsTake ownership of front-office fund management activities with direct impact on financial decision-making
