Senior Analyst - Investment Structuring & Fund Management

We are a leading GCC wealth and asset management firm with a strong track record across alternative investments, private markets, real estate, and structured products. We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Analyst to join our Dubai-based team.This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of investment vehicles and transactions across multiple jurisdictions, working closely with senior management, boards, regulators, legal advisors, and fund administrators. The successful candidate will play a key role in investment structuring, fund launches, governance, financial oversight, and the ongoing management of complex investment platforms.Key Responsibilities:Investment Structuring & ExecutionSupport the structuring, launch, and management of investment vehicles and transactions across alternative investments and private markets.Coordinate fund and deal documentation alongside legal counsel, fund administrators, and external advisors.Oversee ongoing operational aspects of investment structures, including financing arrangements, fund operations, and distributions.Fund Management & Regulatory CoordinationReview and coordinate legal, regulatory, and operational documentation.Liaise with regulators, legal counsel, administrators, and other key stakeholders.Support transaction execution, investor documentation, and fund-related initiatives.Governance & Strategic OversightCoordinate board meetings and governance activities across investment structures and regulated entities.Prepare board materials, meeting minutes, and management reporting.Support governance requirements and strategic initiatives involving senior stakeholders.Financial OversightReview financial statements, management accounts, audits, budgets, and fee collections.Monitor fund performance metrics, distributions, cash flows, and operating expenses.Support audit processes and ongoing financial reporting requirements.Experience & Qualifications:3-5 years of relevant experience within asset management, wealth management, private equity, real estate, investment banking, fund administration, or professional services.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.CFA, ACA, ACCA, or similar professional qualifications are advantageous.Ideal Candidate:Strong understanding of investment structures, fund vehicles, and financial reporting.Experience reviewing fund and transaction documentation.Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership.Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and workstreams across jurisdictions.Excellent communication and relationship management skills.This is an exceptional opportunity to gain broad exposure to investment structuring, fund management, governance, and cross-border transactions within a leading regional investment platform.
