Join Our Team: Senior Analyst Performance Management at EtihadWEWe are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Analyst Performance Management. In this key role, you will strategize, analyze, and conduct operational tasks focused on improving EtihadWE performance. This requires working closely with leadership teams, functional departments, and possibly external stakeholders to develop and implement performance management strategies in EtihadWE. Key Responsibilities:Track, analyze and report on ley performance indicators (KPI) related to operations, financial performance, customer service, employee and organizational development, environmental, social, governance (ESG), strategic and project execution, market and competitive positioning, asset management, risk management and sustainability, and any other required KPI in EtihadWE.Prepare regular reports and dashboards to provide insights into organizational performance and areas for improvement.Conduct data analysis and benchmarking to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.Collaborate with senior management to support the development and implementation of performance management strategies aligned with EtihadWE long-term goals.Assist in the development of transformation initiatives designed to enhance operational efficiency, sustainability, and profitability in water and power operations.Propose and support initiatives that drive improvements in key areas such as customer satisfaction, service reliability, cost control, and environmental sustainability.Facilitate the adoption of performance management tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or balanced scorecards.Support change management efforts related to performance management initiatives.Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in performance management within the water and power sectors.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Environmental Studies, or related fields.Master’s degree (MBA or related) may be preferred.4 to 8 years experience in performance management, business analysis, strategy, or operational roles.Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and project management skills.Why Join EtihadWE?At EtihadWE, we’re shaping the future of the utilities sector while fostering an inclusive and innovative work environment.
