Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob DescriptionABOUT THIS ROLEThe Consulting Senior Analyst - CBI & Brand (Quantitative) supports the delivery of quantitative research projects in the Philippines, while contributing to broader initiatives across the SEA CBI& Brand Customer Success team.This role plays a key part in executing and delivering high-quality quantitative research, including survey design, data analysis, reporting, and client consultation, to help clients understand consumers, brands, markets, and customer experiences and make data-driven business decisions.Experience or interest in Brand Tracking, Usage, Attitude and Image Studies, Customer Experience Measurement, Segmentation, Pricing Research or Shopper Research is highly valued and contributes to deeper, more strategic insight development.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESProject Execution & Research SupportSupport end-to-end delivery of quantitative research studies, including questionnaire development, survey programming coordination, fieldwork briefing, table specs preparation, charting specs preparation, report preparation and data quality checksOversee project setup including coordination with Project Management and Operations teamsEnsure survey execution adheres to project timelines, quality standards, and client requirementsMonitor fieldwork progress and identify potential risks related to sample, quotas, or data qualityData Analysis & Insight GenerationValidate and analyze survey data using statistical and analytical techniquesSupport interpretation of quantitative findings and contribute to storytellingConduct secondary research and category analysis to enrich findings as neededAssist in developing client reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizationsClient & Internal Stakeholder SupportSupport the preparation and delivery of client presentations, workshops, and reporting sessionsParticipate in client briefings, project kick-offs, results presentations, and debrief discussionsLead day-to-day project communication with to ensure timely communication and high-quality deliverables for project stakeholdersProactively consult manager on project issues and seek support as neededQuality, Process & Operational ExcellenceEnsure accuracy and integrity of data, analyses, documentation, and project outputsFollow NIQ quality standards and best practices in quantitative research executionSupport project tracking and workflow coordinationContribute to improvements in analytical tools, reporting templates, automation, and operational processesMaintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applicationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing, Business Analytics, Data Science, Psychology, Market Research, or a related field2- 4 years of relevant experience working in a similar position in Quantitative Research, Analytics, Consulting, or Consumer InsightsFamiliarity with Quantitative Research methodologies such as Concept Testing, Brand Health Measurement, Usage & Attitude Studies, Customer Satisfaction, Segmentation, and Tracking StudiesKnowledge of statistical analysis and survey research principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasetsStrong English communication skills with the ability to translate data into business insightsProficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with statistical tools such as SPSS, Q, R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms is an advantage SKILLS & COMPETENCIESStrong curiosity about consumer behavior, markets, and business performanceAnalytical mindset with strong numerical and statistical reasoning skillsAbility to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights from dataEffective communicator with developing data storytelling capabilitiesOrganized, detail-oriented, and quality-focusedCollaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindsetEager to learn and develop quantitative research and analytical expertiseComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-market environmentAbility to understand client’s business needs and objectivesAdditional InformationOur BenefitsFlexible working environmentVolunteer time offLinkedIn LearningEmployee-Assistance-Program (EAP)NIQ may utilize artificial intelligence (AI) tools at various stages of the recruitment process, including résumé screening, candidate assessments, interview scheduling, job matching, communication support, and certain administrative tasks that help streamline workflows.
