Senior Analyst - Technology Resilience (12-Months)

With a decade of experience in the region and a team that possesses extensive knowledge of the market, we provide a fully integrated HR solution.We are currently recruiting a Senior Analyst - Technology Resilience for our client based in Dubai, UAE for a Period of 12 Months.Job Purpose:The Senior Analyst - Technology Resilience will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Technology Resilience Program, ensuring critical technology systems and services are prepared for disruptions and recovery.The role will manage activities including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Disaster Recovery, resilience assessments, testing, runbook development, training, risk management, and program governance.

Job Responsibilities

Conduct and maintain Technology Business Impact Assessments (BIA) in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.Perform Technology Threat and Resilience Capability Assessments to identify risks and gaps in recovery capabilities.Develop and maintain the annual Technology Resilience Testing & Training Calendar.Plan, coordinate, and facilitate Disaster Recovery and Technology Resilience tests/exercises.Develop and maintain the Technology Disruption Management Plan, including recovery, escalation, communication, and coordination procedures.Support and train system owners in developing and maintaining Disaster Recovery Runbooks for critical applications and systems.Work with Technology Risk teams to document resilience risks and track remediation actions.Manage Technology Resilience program milestones, project plans, and annual roadmap activities.Facilitate resilience working group meetings and prepare reports/presentations for senior management.Maintain program documentation and reporting through SharePoint, Tableau, and relevant GRC tools.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Must have ISO-22301 certification.Must have Disaster Recovery certification.Should have at least 7 years of overall professional experience in Technology Resilience, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity and IT Risk.Hands-on experience in Disaster Recovery, BIA, ISO 22301 implementation, NCEMA Standards, resilience testing, and recovery/runbook development.Aviation industry experience is preferred.Project or Program Management experience is highly desirable.GRC Tools, SharePoint, Tableau & MS OfficeAviation Industry experience is highly desired
