Senior Analyst - Trading Control

We've partnered with a company in the securitites and commodity exchange industry now searching for a Senior Analyst of Trading Control who will conduct analytical and operational activities to momnitor and enhance trading control processes in compliance with regulatory standards, promoting market integrity through detailed analysis and effective risk management. Key responsibilities:Follow all relevant departmental processes, policies, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is conducted in a controlled and consistent manner.Execute and take responsibility for the daily trading control tasks to support the readiness of the trading sessions and verify maker-checker daily operational readiness.Identify and address irregularities or anomalies in trading activities, assist in the investigations, escalate findings for resolution, documenting findings, and efficient resolution of issues to mitigate their impact on ADX's operations.Monitor trading activities, including new listings, trade corrections, and changes in indices, to ensure compliance with the Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) rules and regulations, while maintaining a comprehensive audit trail to uphold market integrity, transparency, and accountability. Facilitate the new brokerage house onboarding processes by preparing documentation and assisting with platform integration.Support the development of new products and services by contributing operational insights and provide recommendations.Lead the testing and implementation of initiatives aimed at improving trading systems and processes, supporting operational excellence and market service quality.This is an on-site role in Abu Dhabi and no remote working is on offer here. Ideally this company is searching for someone with at least 6 years of experience in the securities/stock exchange industry or a similiar sector, with certifications in FRM and CFA being preferred.
