Senior Analytics Engineer Permanent | £90,000 Base + Quarterly Bonus + Benefits Fully Remote (UK) | Quarterly Travel to Brighton An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join a growing organisation that places data at the heart of business decision-making. The Role:As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will lead the delivery of analytics and data solutions across a range of business initiatives. Working closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, you will design data models, build transformation frameworks, develop reporting solutions, and ensure data is trusted, accessible, and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities:* Design and deliver scalable analytics and data engineering solutions. * Develop data models, transformation pipelines, and semantic layers. * Translate business requirements into robust, scalable data solutions. * Lead technical workshops and stakeholder discussions. * Drive data quality, testing, documentation, and governance standards. * Identify and proactively manage project risks and blockers. * Mentor colleagues and contribute to the wider data function. About You:* Strong experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, BI, or similar roles. * Advanced SQL and data modelling capabilities. * Experience with cloud data platforms and data warehousing technologies. * Strong understanding of ETL/ELT frameworks and analytics engineering best practices. * Experience with source control, CI/CD, and modern development practices. * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Desirable:* Google Cloud, BigQuery, dbt, Looker, or similar modern data stack technologies. * Cloud or analytics certifications. * Experience in fast-paced, project-driven environments.
