As the business continues to scale, they are investing heavily in their data platform and are looking to hire a Senior Analytics Engineer to help build and expand the company’s core data foundation.This role sits at the intersection of analytics, engineering, and business operations, helping translate how the organization runs into scalable data models and systems.What You’ll DoDesign and develop data models that represent core business functions such as Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, People, and OperationsBuild scalable data pipelines and transformation frameworksManage data ingestion and integration across multiple internal systemsWork closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to translate business needs into reliable data solutionsContribute to the architecture and development of the company’s data platformSupport the development of self-service data tools and applications used across the businessWhat They’re Looking For5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, or technical analytics rolesStrong SQL skills and experience with Python or a similar programming languageExperience building scalable data models in fast paced environmentsExperience with tools such as dbt, Redshift, and BI platformsAbility to work independently and take ownership of projectsStrong communication skills and ability to partner with cross functional teamsThis is a high-impact opportunity to shape foundational data systems inside a company solving complex, real-world problems at scale.
