You'll have the chance to influence analytics strategy, champion modern data practices, and drive the adoption of AI and self-service analytics, all while remaining hands-on and close to delivery.ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The Senior Analytics Manager will:Drive analytics innovation through AI, modern tooling, and evolving data platformsDefine and implement strategies for semantic layers, metric governance, and self-service analyticsImprove technical standards, scalability, and consistency across analytics practicesPartner with senior leaders to shape the future direction of analyticsInfluence stakeholders and drive business-wide adoption of analytics best practicesLead experimentation with emerging technologies and scale successful solutionsOwn strategically important analytics products and executive reportingDefine, govern, and evolve key business metrics and reporting frameworksContribute to platform, tooling, and analytics architecture decisionsAct as a trusted advisor on analytics strategy and capability developmentYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Strong commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, or data strategyAdvanced technical capabilities across analytics tools, coding, data modelling, and analytics architectureExperience working with semantic layers, metric governance, and self-service analytics environmentsKnowledge of modern data stack technologies, with exposure to dbt considered highly advantageousDemonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and lead change across complex organisationsStrong interest in AI and emerging technologies, with an understanding of their application within analyticsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on deliveryComfortable operating in dynamic and evolving environmentsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFinancial services experience is beneficial but not essentialAPPLY BELOW!
