It is important to us to keep researching the field, monitor, process and check in order to produce effective results.We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Android DeveloperTo be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.About the Role-Develop and maintain Native Android applications within the digital division of a leading bank, as part of an infrastructure and application development department responsible for the bank's digital channels.Develop advanced solutions using Kotlin, Java, and Jetpack Compose, while maintaining and upgrading existing XML-based components.Provide technical leadership for development tasks and processes, design software architecture, and deliver solutions to complex technical challenges.Work with modern software architectures, integrate Backend services and APIs, while ensuring high performance, code quality, and adherence to high development standards.Provide professional leadership to Android and iOS development teams, including mentoring, training, and enhancing technical capabilities.Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with development, infrastructure, architecture, information security, and QA teams.Full-time position, Sunday through Thursday, with a hybrid work model allowing one work-from-home day per week. Willingness to work overtime and provide on-call phone support as needed.RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience developing Native Android applications using Kotlin and Java – Mandatory.Proficiency in Android Studio, Jetpack Compose, XML, ViewModel, LiveData, and Data Binding – Mandatory.Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries, along with in-depth knowledge of MVVM, Clean Architecture, or MVP architectural patterns.Experience with CI/CD processes using Jenkins or GitHub Actions, along with a deep understanding of application performance, memory management, and mobile development processes.At least 2 years of experience managing development teams, with the ability to lead Android and iOS teams and manage tasks in an Agile/Scrum environment.Ability to design and lead complex software architectures, solve technical challenges, maintain high code quality, and provide professional mentoring to developers.Experience developing Cloud Native Apps, integrating Backend services, performing automated testing, and familiarity with Retrofit, Dagger/Hilt, RxJava, Firebase, Room Database, and Google Play Services – An advantage.Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity to grow and succeed with us!
