You'll play a key role in defining the future of the mobile platform, balancing technical excellence with real customer impact.What you’ll do:Own key features end-to-end, from understanding customer needs to shipping intelligent, user-centric experiences, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Build AI-powered capabilities directly into the app, while also using AI-assisted coding tools to speed up development and improve code quality.Architect scalable, maintainable, and testable solutions on a Kotlin-first, Jetpack Compose stack, grounded in Clean Architecture principles.Drive technical excellence through strong testing practices, observability, and monitoring across the codebase.Contribute directly to the Android architecture roadmap, with a focus on performance, concurrency, and long-term scalability.Streamline delivery by automating workflows through CI/CD pipelines to support fast, continuous releases.What you need:5+ years of experience building and shipping complex, high-scale Android applications in production.Strong hands-on expertise in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with a track record of building modern, high-quality UIs.Solid grasp of Clean Architecture and Android architecture components, with the ability to make sound design decisions at scale.Proven experience in performance optimisation, multithreading/concurrency, app lifecycle management, and memory management to deliver a smooth user experience.Experience with data-driven development practices (A/B testing, feature flags) and strong testing fundamentals across Unit, UI, and Compose testing.Hands-on experience setting up or working with automated CI/CD pipelines, plus familiarity with implementing features like Push Notifications, Deep Links, and In-App Messaging; exposure to AI/ML-powered features and cross-platform/BFF integration is a strong plus.
