The team delivers and maintains critical software that powers connected devices, while collaborating closely with platform and embedded teams responsible for lower-level Android components.Key projects include:Supporting new device launches and adapting software for new hardware platformsModernising and evolving existing Android platform architecturePorting services and functionality across Android versions, including Android 15Developing services and frameworks that support next-generation collaboration platformsEnhancing security, reliability and performance across the Android stackWorking across applications, middleware, framework and platform layers

Requirements
