APAC isn't one market — Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and other sub-markets each have distinct channel ecosystems, buyer journeys, and content preferences. This role isn't about running one playbook everywhere; it's about designing a set of differentiated but coordinated approaches that reinforce each other. What You'll Do1. Regional Market Strategy & ApproachDesign differentiated, market-specific playbooks across GMI's APAC footprint (Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Thailand, and other priority markets) — channel priority, content tone, and campaign cadence should reflect each market, not a single templateContinuously evaluate and refine channel strategy across mainstream regional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, local trade media, regional tech publications) to keep investment aligned with actual conversion by marketRationalize the events calendar, consolidating budget and team bandwidth around high-value moments (e.g., major AI/tech conferences, regional trade shows) rather than spreading thin across low-yield eventsBuild out enterprise GTM content and event strategy for priority markets across Southeast Asia (e.g., AgentBox and Prime Inference-focused enterprise events and webinars), and assess where that model can extend further2. Brand Narrative, Content & Product-Led GrowthTranslate GMI's core brand narrative (five-pillar content strategy, Inference/Compute weighting) into content that fits each market's context — genuine localization, not direct translationBring a product-led growth lens to brand execution — design and run public product launches that use the product itself as the primary growth and conversion mechanism, not just an announcement wrapped in marketingUse product launches as a wedge into specific industry verticals — mapping launch messaging, positioning, and follow-through content to the verticals most likely to convertCoordinate regional adaptation of social, web, and event content, keeping the global narrative framework consistent without feeling forcedBuild a content calendar and cadence that maps market activity, product launches, and industry events into one unified scheduleHow We'll Measure This RoleChannel performance by market — lead and pipeline generation across LinkedIn, regional trade media, and event channels in each priority marketProduct launch impact — activation and conversion driven directly through launch mechanics, and vertical-specific pickup following a launchContent cadence and consistency — steady output aligned with the brand narrative frameworkEvent ROI — whether consolidated investment in core events produces measurable pipeline or brand impactCross-functional alignment — how well marketing execution tracks with product launches, partnership timing, and sales targetsWhat We're Looking For10+ years of marketing experience, including hands-on ownership across multiple APAC sub-markets (Singapore, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, or similar)A track record spanning multiple marketing functions — brand, content, demand gen, product marketing — rather than depth in a single laneDirect experience with product-led growth: running public product launches where the product itself drives adoption and conversion, and translating launch momentum into vertical-specific pipelineExperience designing regional market strategy from scratch, not just executing an existing planFamiliarity with mainstream regional channels — LinkedIn, local trade press, industry events, regional tech media — and the ability to design channel and content strategy accordingly by marketProven experience localizing brand narrative into region-specific content — understanding the balance between global consistency and local relevanceStrong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to align with Product, Sales, and Partnerships on prioritiesFluent in English, with additional regional language ability (Mandarin or Southeast Asian languages) a plusWorking understanding of, or strong interest in, AI infrastructure, GPU cloud computing, or inference servicesBonus PointsB2B SaaS or cloud/AI infrastructure marketing experienceExperience marketing into Southeast Asian tech ecosystems (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam)Experience organizing large industry trade shows or regional AI conferencesExperience managing content teams or working alongside Developer Advocate / community functions
