In this role, you will drive mobile architecture, elevate engineering standards, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-performance features.🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼Own mobile application architecture and reliability improvements from design through production.Drive technical decisions across BLE, background execution, offline recovery, audio, battery, and platform-specific behaviour.Lead complex and high-risk design and code reviews, ensuring correctness, performance, security, testing, and recovery.Partner with Product, Backend, and Firmware teams on dependencies, acceptance criteria, integration testing, and rollout plans.Investigate and resolve production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes rather than short-term workarounds.Simplify application architecture and make pragmatic technical trade-offs while maintaining product quality and delivery speed.Influence peers through technical designs, reviews, documentation, and actionable feedback.Stay deeply hands-on with coding, architecture, debugging, and production improvements.✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂4–6 years of experience in mobile/app engineering with strong production ownership.Prior experience as an App Lead, Mobile Lead, Senior Mobile Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership role.Strong hands-on experience with mobile architecture, application design, coding, debugging, and production releases.Strong Flutter/Dart experience with solid understanding of Android/iOS fundamentals and ability to debug beyond the framework.Experience with BLE/Bluetooth, background execution, offline recovery, audio flows, battery optimisation, and platform-specific behaviour.Strong understanding of async programming, concurrency, performance, security, testing, error handling, and recovery mechanisms.✨ 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝘀?Own the core mobile architecture and drive critical engineering decisions.Build wearable AI technology that directly improves global health outcomes.Accelerate your career in a well-funded, high-growth startup environment.Collaborate with elite engineers passionate about solving complex challenges.
