Senior Application Engineer-Electrical

We are looking for a talented Software & Microprocessor Engineer to join our growing engineering team and play a key role in developing and optimizing innovative control solutions for our HVAC products.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, configure, and optimize Siemens and Carel software applications for HVAC products.Process microprocessor application requirements related to production and customer work orders.Installation, Operation & Maintenance (IOM) ManualsProduct Specification SheetsTechnical DocumentationCreate and maintain electrical item codes and product data within the ERP system.Conduct software testing, validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Support Sales and After-Sales teams by providing technical expertise and resolving complex customer issues.Assist QHSE teams in investigating and resolving software-related quality and compliance issues.Process engineering modification notes and implement approved product enhancements.QualificationsEducationBachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.Experience 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC controls, automation, or microprocessor programming.Hands-on experience with Siemens and/or Carel controllers is highly preferred.Experience in HVAC manufacturing or industrial automation environments is an advantage.Required SkillsSiemens Controller ProgrammingCarel Controller ProgrammingHVAC Control SystemsPLC & Microprocessor ApplicationsSoftware Testing & ValidationTechnical DocumentationTroubleshooting & Root Cause AnalysisERP Systems & Item Code ManagementStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent technical documentation abilitiesQuality-focused mindsetAbility to work cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, After-Sales, Production, and QHSE teamsStrong communication and teamwork skills
