Senior Applied Researcher, AI

The RoleWe’re looking for a Senior Applied Researcher to take ownership of designing and delivering next-generation AI systems. This role is not purely research or engineering—it requires both. You will drive ideas from early-stage exploration through to robust production deployment, working closely with a strong technical team. If you are motivated by hard problems and expect your work to run in production—not just in papers—this role will fit you well.What You’ll DoLead the design and development of advanced AI systems based on LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and knowledge graphs;Drive end-to-end ownership: from research and prototyping to production deployment and iterationBuild and evaluate systems with clear performance, reliability, and scalability goals;Design, deploy, and operate multi-agent workflows in production, including observability, monitoring, and evaluation;Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to push systems to production-grade quality; What We’re Looking For MSc or PhD in Computer Science or a related field; 7+ years of experience in Data Science, NLP, or applied AI; At least 2 years of hands-on and research experience with LLMs; Proven experience delivering complex AI systems into production environments; Strong research and algorithmic thinking, combined with the ability to build and ship real systems; Nice to HaveExperience with knowledge graphs, including RDF, SPARQL, and ontologies;Background in neurosymbolic AI and integrating structured knowledge with LLMs; About UsAt Truelogic AI, we build advanced AI systems at the intersection of LLMs, neurosymbolic reasoning, multi-agent workflows, and knowledge graphs.
