The company offers a dynamic, student-centered environment for trainers who are passionate about education and career development.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Aptitude Trainer role based in Visakhapatnam. The Senior Aptitude Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training sessions on quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability for college students and job seekers. Responsibilities include creating lesson plans and practice materials, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, and using assessments to track learner progress. The trainer will provide personalized feedback, clarify concepts, and support learners in strengthening problem-solving and test-taking strategies. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to update content, align training with placement requirements, and contribute to workshops, bootcamps, and other FACE Prep programs.Qualifications Strong expertise in quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Proven classroom training or teaching experience, preferably with college students or early-career professionals.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.Ability to design structured learning content, practice questions, and assessments for competitive exams and placement tests.Comfort with using basic digital tools (presentations, learning platforms, online resources) to enhance classroom delivery.Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a background in engineering, mathematics, or related fields is an advantage.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to tracking learner performance.Collaborative mindset, openness to feedback, and willingness to continuously update subject knowledge.Prior experience with campus recruitment training, test prep, or coaching for aptitude-based exams is a plus.
