Trust, impact, and purpose form the foundation of the company’s culture and way of working.Role Description The Senior Architect and Interior Design professional will lead the design and delivery of high-quality architectural and interior projects for commercial and corporate environments. This full-time, on-site role is based in Riyadh and involves working closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into thoughtful spatial concepts and detailed design solutions. Daily responsibilities include developing architectural and interior design proposals, producing drawings and specifications, coordinating with engineering and construction teams, and overseeing design implementation to ensure adherence to quality, budget, and timelines. The role also includes guiding junior team members, reviewing design work for consistency and innovation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate technology, sustainability, and user experience into all projects. The Senior Architect will participate in client meetings, provide expert design consultations, and support the continuous improvement of design standards and processes.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with proven experience in concept development, space planning, and detailed design documentation.Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication for complex design and build projects.Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural workflows, such as the use of BIM tools, CAD platforms, and integration of digital solutions into design and project delivery.Candidates should possess proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3D visualization tools) and be familiar with building codes, standards, and best practices.Candidates should possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.A bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field, along with several years of senior-level experience in architecture and interior design, is preferred.Experience working on corporate, commercial, or workplace projects in the GCC region and familiarity with sustainable design principles will be considered an asset.
