Role Description The Senior Architect is afull-time. This role is responsible for leading architectural design for complex infrastructure and industrial projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, regulatory standards, and multidisciplinary engineering inputs. The Senior Architect will develop and review concept, schematic, and detailed designs; coordinate with structural, MEP, and digital teams; and oversee integration with BIM/Digital Twin workflows. Day-to-day tasks include managing design documentation, guiding junior team members, participating in design reviews, and supporting clash-free IFC package development. The role also involves close collaboration with project managers to maintain schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks, while contributing to continuous improvement of design standards and methodologies.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in complex infrastructure or industrial projects.Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration relevant to BIM/Digital Twin environments and digital project workflows.Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and risk management.Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and modeling tools (e.g., Revit, AutoCAD, BIM platforms) and familiarity with IFC standards.Professional degree in Architecture or a closely related field; advanced certification or registration as an architect is an asset.Demonstrated experience in multidisciplinary collaboration with structural, MEP, and digital engineering teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and constructability.Effective communication skills in English; additional regional languages are a plus.Experience with international codes, standards, and best practices for infrastructure and industrial projects is beneficial.Minimum 15 years of experience in architectural engineering.
