Sculpt Design Studio follows a highly collaborative approach, ensuring client vision is central to every project and reflected in space planning, furniture selection, and customized solutions.Role Description The Senior Architect will lead end-to-end architectural and interior design projects, from concept development to detailed drawings and on-site execution. This full-time, on-site role, located in Delhi, OH, involves collaborating closely with clients to understand requirements, developing design proposals, and coordinating with internal teams and external partners for seamless project delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing architectural layouts, overseeing space planning, integrating design elements with functional needs, reviewing technical documentation, and monitoring construction progress for quality and compliance. The Senior Architect will also manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, mentor junior team members, and support continuous improvement in design standards and studio processes.Qualifications Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with demonstrated experience leading interior-focused projects.Experience with Integration between architectural design, interior detailing, and related systems to ensure cohesive project outcomes.Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and risk management.Ability to collaborate effectively with Software Development teams or digital tools specialists for design visualization, BIM, or workflow optimization when needed.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a closely related field.Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with visualization software.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders.Proven experience in on-site coordination and quality control for interior and architectural projects.Ability to work on-site full time in Delhi, OH, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Previous leadership experience in an interior design or architecture studio is highly beneficial.
