Total comp can go up to ~$370,000 (~$200K base / $170K bonus) for an ideal candidate with ~10–12 years of experience. This is a highly specialized role, not a run-of-the-mill .NET position. The ideal candidate will bring experience from a smaller hedge fund or similar front-office financial services environment.
