Senior Architect - Railway

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to support the Hafeet Railway Project, ensuring effective architectural design coordination, BIM integration, and technical documentation across multidisciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design coordination and BIM integration across multidisciplinary teams.Manage and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.Coordinate architectural interfaces with civil, structural, MEP, and specialist engineering disciplines.Review technical drawings, design deliverables, and IFC documentation for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.Identify and resolve design clashes and technical interface issues.Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of design packages.Monitor project deliverables against agreed milestones and project requirements.Ensure compliance with applicable codes, project specifications, and authority requirements.Participate in design coordination meetings, technical reviews, and BIM coordination workshops.Support value engineering initiatives and propose practical design solutions.RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.Minimum 8–10 years of relevant architectural design and coordination experience.Strong experience in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary design management.Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM collaboration platforms.Experience in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, railway, or other complex multidisciplinary projects is preferred.Strong knowledge of technical documentation, design reviews, constructability, and interface coordination.Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, and specialist subcontractors.Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
