Senior Architectural and Interior Draftsman

A boutique Architectural & Interior Design Studio in Dubai, specializing in high-end luxury residential projects, private villas and exclusive residential developments, is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Architectural & Interior Design Draftsman to join its growing team.We are looking for a technically strong and detail-oriented professional who understands the level of precision, coordination and craftsmanship required to deliver sophisticated luxury residential interiors and architecture.Key Responsibilities:•⁠ ⁠Prepare comprehensive architectural and interior design drawings, from design development through detailed construction documentation•⁠ ⁠Produce detailed GA drawings, plans, elevations, sections and construction details•⁠ ⁠Develop detailed interior fit-out drawings, including flooring, ceilings, wall finishes, joinery, bathrooms, kitchens and bespoke architectural elements•⁠ ⁠Translate architects’ and interior designers’ concepts into accurate, coordinated and buildable technical drawings•⁠ ⁠Prepare detailed joinery, millwork and custom furniture drawings where required•⁠ ⁠Coordinate architectural and interior drawings with MEP, structural and specialist consultant information•⁠ ⁠Review drawings for technical accuracy, consistency and constructability•⁠ ⁠Incorporate design revisions efficiently while maintaining drawing standards and document control•⁠ ⁠Support the design team throughout the technical design and construction stages•⁠ ⁠Liaise with suppliers, contractors and consultants when required to resolve technical detailing and coordination mattersCandidate Profile:•⁠ ⁠Minimum 7–10 years of relevant drafting / technical design experience, preferably with architectural or interior design consultancies•⁠ ⁠Strong portfolio of high-end residential, luxury villa and premium interior design projects•⁠ ⁠Excellent understanding of architectural detailing, interior fit-out and bespoke joinery•⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD is essential•⁠ ⁠Knowledge of Revit and other relevant design/documentation software would be an advantage•⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of materials, finishes and construction methods used in luxury residential projects•⁠ ⁠Previous UAE / Dubai experience is highly preferred•⁠ ⁠Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work to demanding design standards•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently while collaborating closely with architects and interior designers•⁠ ⁠Strong communication, coordination and time-management skillsLocation: Dubai, UAEIndustry: Architecture & Interior DesignProject Focus: High-End Residential | Luxury Villas | Residential Buildings | Bespoke InteriorsThis is an excellent opportunity to join a creative boutique design environment where attention to detail and design quality are central to every project.Interested candidates with relevant luxury residential experience are invited to apply or reach out directly for a confidential discussion.
