Senior Architectural Draftsman / BIM Architectural Modeler

We are looking for a Senior Architectural Draftsman / BIM Architectural Modeler with strong AutoCAD and Revit Architecture skills and practical UAE/Abu Dhabi project experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural drawings, developing and maintaining Revit BIM models, and supporting the project team with coordinated construction documentation for multi-storey building projects.Key Requirements5–8 years of professional architectural drafting/BIM experience, with UAE experience strongly preferred.Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or relevant qualification in Architecture, Architectural Technology, Drafting, or a related discipline.Strong experience preparing architectural construction and working drawings.Strong understanding of architectural detailing, construction documentation, and drawing standards.Experience working on multi-storey residential, commercial, or mixed-use buildings is preferred.Strong understanding of architectural construction methods and materials.Salary: AED 8,000–12,000 per monthTechnical SkillsAdvanced AutoCAD proficiency – MandatoryStrong Revit Architecture/BIM proficiency – MandatoryHighrise experience preferredAbility to develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models.Ability to prepare plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and coordinated drawing packages.Experience coordinating architectural drawings with structural and MEP disciplines.Knowledge of Navisworks and clash coordination is an advantage.Knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE building regulations and authority submission requirements is an advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate architectural drawings based on design information and consultant instructions.Develop, update, and maintain Revit architectural models and drawing sheets.Prepare detailed working drawings, tender drawings, construction details, and documentation.Revise drawings based on consultant, client, authority, and site comments.
