Senior Architectural Engineer

WE ARE HIRINGPosition: Senior Architectural EngineerLocation: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaCompany: Zawaya Albina Engineering Consultancy (ZACO)We are looking for a qualified Senior Architectural Engineer to join our team in Riyadh.Key Responsibilities:Lead the preparation and development of architectural designs, drawings, and technical documents.Review architectural drawings and ensure compliance with the Saudi Building Code and applicable regulations.Coordinate architectural works with structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines.Manage and review design submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.Prepare and review detailed drawings, specifications, and material schedules.Attend project meetings and coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.Provide technical guidance and support to the architectural team.Review shop drawings, material submittals, and as-built drawings.Ensure the quality and timely delivery of assigned projects.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in engineering consultancy companies.Strong experience in architectural design, technical drawings, and project coordination.Good knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and local authority requirements.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and architectural design software.Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.Registration with the Saudi Council of Engineers.Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.Qualified candidates are invited to send their updated CV and Portfolio to:jobs@zaco.saPlease mention “Senior Architectural Engineer” in the email subject.
