Senior Architectural Manager

From blueprint to final build, you will engage in every stage of the development journey, transforming ambition into architecture and concepts into reality.As Senior Architectural Manager, you will bring a strong consultant supervision background along with hands-on experience in upholding architectural quality, compliance, and design intent throughout construction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage architectural supervision activities across high-rise tower projects, from foundation through handoverReview and monitor architectural works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and design intentCoordinate with consultants, contractors, and design teams to resolve architectural discrepancies and design queriesConduct regular site inspections to verify quality of architectural finishes, facades, and detailingReview and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and mock-upsEnsure compliance with local authority regulations (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, Civil Defence, etc.) and building codesManage snagging/de-snagging processes and ensure timely closure of architectural non-conformancesReview RFIs, technical submittals, and variation requests related to architectural scopeSupervise and mentor junior architects, site architects, and architectural inspectorsLiaise with consultants and PMC teams to track architectural progress against project schedulePrepare and present architectural progress reports to senior management and stakeholdersEnsure quality control and quality assurance standards are maintained throughout constructionSupport handover process including snag lists, as-built drawings, and O&M documentation review

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred)15+ years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior/managerial supervisory roleProven experience working within Consultant Supervision firmsDemonstrated experience on high-rise tower construction projects in the UAE (residential, commercial, or mixed-use)Strong background in architectural inspection and site supervisionSound knowledge of UAE building codes, local authority approval processes, and construction standardsProficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural design/review softwareStrong understanding of construction methodology, materials, and finishing systems for high-rise developments
