Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and construction documentation.Coordinate architectural models with structural and MEP disciplines.Identify and resolve model clashes and design coordination issues.Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards and client requirements.Review models and drawings prepared by junior team members and support technical coordination.Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to meet project deadlines.
Qualifications
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.5–8 years of relevant experience in architectural Revit modelling.Experience in pharmaceutical, cleanroom, healthcare, or industrial projects is preferred.Skills:Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and architectural BIM workflows.Good understanding of architectural drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.Knowledge of multidisciplinary BIM coordination and clash detection.Strong attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.Ability to manage deliverables and meet project deadlines.
