BioTech Services is the exclusive distributor of world-renowned brands such as Sysmex Corporation (Japan), Roche Diagnostics (Switzerland), Arkray Corporation (Japan), Helena Biosciences Europe (UK) and RR Mechatronics (The Netherlands).Job Responsibilities:Develop sales strategies, plans and forecasts to achieve business objectivesDefine and maintain customer segments, identify customer needs, prioritize markets and generate market insights across the organizationAchieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targetsEstablish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for prospective customers project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new productsMonitor competitor products, sales and marketing activitiesPrepare and submit sales reports and present them to senior managementCoordinate with clients and partners to qualify opportunities, prepare proposals and successfully close dealsPerform any other tasks as assigned by management from time to timeEducational RequirementsBachelor/HonorsMastersBachelor’s (Honours) or Master’s degree from any reputed public or private university (Science background up to HSC level is mandatory).M.Sc. in Biological Science from a reputed university, MBA in Marketing will be considered an advantage.Experience Requirements5 to 8 year(s)Experience Requirements:05 to 08 years of experience in the IVD industry.Strong connections with end customers, laboratories and hospital management.Strong knowledge of the local IVD marketAdditional Requirements:Self-motivated and proactive with minimal supervision.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Job LocationChattogram
