Position Title: Senior Area Sales Manager – FMCG Location: New DelhiExperience: 8 to 10+ yearsSalary: Excellent Salary Offered

Responsibilities

Own the regional sales & distribution strategy, delivering annual volume, value, growth and P&L targets.Manage distributors, stock/inventory, claims, margins and commercial relationships across the region.Drive numeric & weighted distribution, appoint new distributors and expand into whitespace markets/towns.Lead trade marketing execution including promotions, in-store visibility, planograms and ROI of trade investments.Lead, coach and develop Area Sales Managers / field sales teams, including targets, productivity, reviews and capability building.Track competition, pricing, schemes, launches and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend actions.Requirement:Bachelor’s degree in MBA/PGDM is preferred8–10+ years FMCG sales experience.3+ years in a managerial/team-leading role.dipleen@hirerightt.com
