Senior Art & Design

Job Summary:Lead and oversee the Art & Design function, responsible for developing and managing artwork, design, and production for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities. Ensure creative quality and brand consistency while managing projects, resources, materials, suppliers, and team performance to achieve business objectives and deliver projects within timeline. Proficient in 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Art & Design function for marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.Oversee the development and production of Artwork and Design in line with concepts and brand guidelines.Review and approve artwork to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency.Manage and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and production partners to ensure timely delivery.Plan and control the use, storage, and maintenance of Art / Event materials and equipment.Oversee the issuance, return, and inventory of materials and equipment.Develop work plans, manage timelines, and monitor overall project progress.Lead and develop team members to achieve department goals and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Communication Arts, or related fields.5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Artwork, Art Production, or related fields, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.Proficient in 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.Strong creative and visual design skills with good understanding of branding and production.Strong leadership, project management, coordination, and communication skills.Experience in Retail, Event, Exhibition, or Visual Merchandising is preferred.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines.Portfolio demonstrating strong Artwork / Graphic Design experience is preferred.Work Location: The Mall Ramkhamhaeng (HQ)
