We work with hotels and hospitality brands across the region, creating art programmes that tell a story and elevate a space.The roleWe're looking for a Senior Art Consultant with a strong creative point of view, an exceptional eye for detail, and the experience to lead art consultancy projects from concept through to installation.You'll take ownership of key projects, developing strong art narratives, guiding clients through the creative process, and working closely with designers, artists, suppliers and our in-house fabrication team to bring concepts to life.This role suits someone who is confident balancing creativity with commercial and project requirements, comfortable leading client conversations, and able to support and mentor more junior members of the team.What you'll doLead the development of art narratives and creative concepts for hospitality projectsDevelop and oversee curated artwork selections aligned with each project's design direction, brand and budgetSource and build relationships with artists, galleries and suppliersAdvise clients and project teams on artwork, framing, materials, finishes and fabrication solutionsLead client presentations and confidently communicate and defend creative recommendationsManage multiple projects from initial brief through to production and installationOversee project timelines, budgets, specifications, procurement and supplier coordinationWork closely with interior designers, hoteliers, consultants and our fabrication team to ensure smooth project deliveryReview artwork samples, finishes and production outcomes to maintain the intended creative direction and qualityAnticipate project challenges and develop practical, creative solutionsSupport and mentor Art Consultants and Junior Art Consultants within the teamHelp maintain and improve the team's creative and presentation standardsWhat you'll bring5+ years experience in art consultancy, interior design, FF&E or a related creative fieldStrong experience working on hospitality, luxury residential or high-end commercial projectsExcellent design sensibility with a strong understanding of art, composition, scale, colour, finishes and materialsProven ability to develop creative concepts and turn them into clear, compelling art proposalsStrong client-facing and presentation skillsConfidence managing projects independently and taking ownership of key decisionsExcellent organisational and project management skillsGood commercial awareness, including experience working within project budgets and timelinesAbility to manage several projects at once without losing attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration skillsBased in or willing to relocate to DubaiKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft and 3DNice to haveStrong experience specifically within hospitality or FF&E projectsExisting network of artists, galleries or suppliers in the regionExperience mentoring or guiding junior creative team membersFamiliarity with artwork production, framing and fabrication processesWe are accepting both local and international applications. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Dubai for this role.
