🚀 We're Hiring | Senior Associate - Accommodation & TransportationAt Americana Restaurants, we operate leading global brands across the Kingdom, including KFC, Hardee's, Pizza Hut, Krispy Kreme, TGI Fridays, and Peet's Coffee.We are looking for Saudi national talent to join our People Experience team, running the accommodation and transportation services our teams rely on every day.📍 Location: Riyadh - Head Office🏢 Department: People Experience👤 Reports To: Section Head, Accommodation & Transportation💼 Employment Type: Full-time🚗 Nature of Work: Office-based with regular site visits across the Kingdom📌 Landlord Relations & Contracts- Manage relationships with accommodation landlords across the Kingdom.- Handle lease contracts end to end on the Ejar platform: registration, renewal, amendments, and termination.- Maintain a contracts tracker covering expiry dates, rent values, and payment schedules, and secure renewals on time.📌 Accommodation & Compliance- Link field supervisors with vendors for maintenance, cleaning, and purchases, and follow work orders to closure.- Conduct periodic site visits to verify living standards, occupancy, and condition of assets.- Ensure accommodations meet municipal and Civil Defence requirements for worker housing, and follow up on inspection observations until closure.📌 Staff Transportation- Oversee daily staff transportation across cities, ensuring reliability and coverage.- Plan and optimise routes to reduce cost, travel time, and bus utilisation gaps.- Monitor vendor on-time performance, breakdowns, driver conduct, and complaint trends.- Verify that contractors, vehicles, and drivers hold valid Transport General Authority licences throughout the contract term.📌 Procurement, Complaints & Reporting- Prepare and follow up purchase requests and orders, and verify vendor invoices with Finance.- Log, route, and resolve staff complaints within agreed timelines.- Report monthly on performance, cost, and complaint trends.🎓 Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Facilities Management, or a related field.- 2-4 years in accommodation, transportation, facilities, or employee services operations, preferably in the Saudi market.- Valid Saudi driving licence, with willingness to travel across the Kingdom for site visits.- Working knowledge of the Ejar platform and of municipal, Civil Defence, and Transport General Authority requirements.- Good command of Microsoft Excel for trackers, reports, and cost analysis.- Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.🇸🇦 This opportunity is open to Saudi nationals only, in line with our commitment to developing national talent and supporting Saudi Vision 2030.#Hiring #RiyadhJobs #Saudization #FacilitiesManagement #Americana
