The firm advises states, state entities, and private clients in complex cross-border disputes under the principal arbitral regimes, including ICC, ICSID, LCIA, AAA, DIAC, SCCA, QICCA, ArbitrateAD and CRCICA, and is regularly involved in landmark commercial and investment arbitrations arising out of the region.THE OPPORTUNITYThe International Arbitration practice is seeking to strengthen its team with the appointment of a Senior Associate. The successful candidate will work directly with the firm's partners on the full lifecycle of arbitral proceedings, including case strategy, drafting of pleadings, memorials, and procedural submissions, witness and expert evidence, and hearing preparation and advocacy.
