Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Senior Associate – PPP Tendering at Modon will support the Tender Manager during the end-to-end procurement and subcontracting process for the following (but not limited to) major types of PPP infrastructure projects: Transportation (e.g. roads, bridges, tunnels, airports, railway, ports, etc.), Social (e.g. accommodation, education, etc.), and other sustainable infrastructure.As part of our organization, you will be supporting and coordinating the tender documents, the launching of the tenders, and overseeing the complete competitive tendering stage in coordination with Modon's advisors.This position shall collaborate in the selection and award of the Subcontractors to the Project Company/ies, as well as vendors, and suppliers.There will be use of an E-Platform (such as Aconex and others) to perform the tendering.The role may require collaborating with government entities and private sector investors, aligning with Modon's strategies. Roles, Responsibilities, Duties Tender Document Preparation Support the development of tender documentation, including EoI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and Heads of Terms for the EPC, the Interface and the O&M contracts. Coordinate input from financial, technical, legal, and other advisors to ensure complete and accurate documents. Tender Launch and Management Coordinating informative bidder conferences to orient and engage the market. Collaborate in the full lifecycle of competitive tender processes for EPC and O&M contractors using an E-Platform (preferably Oracle Aconex) Oversee processes for RFQ (prequalification) and RFP (proposal) stages, ensuring compliance with procurement timelines, governance protocols, policies and processes. Bid Process Oversight Support in the pre-bid and post-bid clarifications and Q&A processes, ensuring consistent, transparent, and competitive interaction with all market participants. Bid Evaluation Support the technical and commercial evaluation of bids, ensuring compliance with the evaluation criteria. Receive input from multidisciplinary advisory teams, ensuring accurate assessments of compliance, pricing, and risk profiles. Oversee the selection of Preferred and Alternate Bidders, and the evaluation reports. Qualification(s): Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, project management or contract management. Professional certifications such as CP3P, PMP, RICS, LEED preferred Aconex and MS Office Experience and Competencies: Experience 5+ years of experience in infrastructure project tendering delivery, with a focus on EPC and O&M (in a PPP environment preferably). Proven track record in tendering processes for large-scale infrastructure projects. Competency General understanding of PPP models, including EPC, O&M, DBFOM and BOOT structures. Understanding of procurement standards and contract structures. Project management, organization and coordination abilities. Fluent in English, additional languages considered an asset.
