Senior Associate – Business Transformation & Governance

We are hiring at Patrimonia.We are looking for a Senior Associate – Business Transformation & Governance to join our team in Abu Dhabi ADGM. This is a hands-on advisory role for a strong consulting professional who can work directly with founders, shareholders, Boards, and executive teams to help transform growing businesses into more structured, accountable, and scalable organizations. The successful candidate should be able to independently convert complex or ambiguous business discussions into practical, client-ready deliverables such as:• Strategic and business plans• Budgets, forecasts and financial models• Target operating models• Organizational structures and role descriptions• Process maps, policies and procedures• KPIs and management dashboards• Board and corporate-governance frameworks• Delegations of Authority and decision-rights structures• Transformation roadmaps and implementation plans• Board and executive presentationsThis role is specifically focused on corporate governance, strategy, institutionalization, and business transformation. Family governance and family-office advisory are managed through a separate specialist role. The profile we are seeking:• 4–6 years of relevant experience• Background in management consulting, Big Four advisory, business transformation, strategy, PMO, organizational design, or financial advisory• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-structuring capabilities• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills• Excellent written and spoken English• Arabic strongly preferred, French is a plus• Ability to take ownership and produce high-quality work with limited supervision• Confidence engaging with founders, shareholders, Boards and senior executives Location: ADGM, Abu Dhabi, UAEThis is not a purely research or documentation role.
