Senior Associate, corporate (M&A) (Saudi National)

We are partnering with a leading law firm in Saudi Arabia that is seeking an experienced Senior Associate, corporate (M&A), to join its growing Corporate practice.This is an excellent opportunity for a Saudi-qualified lawyer with strong experience advising on complex corporate transactions. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading M&A transactions, advising high-profile clients, and contributing to the continued growth of a dynamic and reputable legal practice.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring transactions.Advise clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal matters.Draft, review, and negotiate complex transaction documents and commercial agreements.Manage legal due diligence processes and provide strategic legal advice throughout transactions.Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering commercially focused legal solutions.Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, supporting their professional development.Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction execution.Stay up to date with legal and regulatory developments impacting corporate transactions in Saudi Arabia.Requirements:Saudi with a valid licence to practice law in Saudi Arabia.Approximately 6–8 years of post-qualification experience in Corporate and M&A.Strong background gained within a reputable local or international law firm.Proven experience handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate advisory matters.Demonstrated ability to lead transactions and manage client relationships independently.Commercial mindset with excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills.What's on Offer:Opportunity to join a highly regarded and growing legal practice.Exposure to complex, high-value corporate transactions.Collaborative and professional working environment.Competitive salary and benefits package, commensurate with experience.If you're an experienced Corporate (M&A) lawyer looking to take the next step in your career with a leading law firm in Saudi Arabia, we'd love to hear from you.
