Senior Associate Data Scientist

About the RoleWe are seeking a Data Scientist with hands-on experience in Generative AI, agentic AI workflows, and cloud technologies to develop innovative, production-ready solutions for international clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop GenAI applications using RAG, LangChain, and LangGraph.Build and deploy AI agents and multi-step workflows.Develop scalable solutions using Python, Azure, Databricks, and PySpark.Implement AI monitoring, governance, and guardrails.Build React interfaces and integrate APIs.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience in Data Science.1+ year developing GenAI applications.Strong Python skills (OOP and production-ready code).Experience with RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, Azure, and Databricks.Experience with React, APIs, and GitHub.Advanced English C1 (mandatory).Availability for hybrid work in CDMX or Guadalajara.Nice to HaveFinancial services or consulting experience.MLflow, fine-tuning, and Agentic SQL.Machine Learning (XGBoost, Random Forest).Databricks GenAI certification.What We OfferInnovative GenAI and Agentic AI projects.Collaboration with international teams.Professional growth and continuous learning.Hybrid work environment.
