ResponsibilitiesTo record finance and accounting transactions with accuracy, completeness and timelinessDeliver month end, quarter end and year-end financial statementsManage the deliverables and related communications with stakeholders directlyIdentify and implement improvements in the processes Plan and organize work methodically according to the priorities and deadlinesOwn and be accountable for the work assignedMaintain strong relationships with all stakeholdersThink beyond the obvious and proactively resolve issues independentlyQualificationsMust Have QualificationsFollowing ACCA , CIMA , CPA or an undergraduate in finance2-3 years of hands on Australian finance experience - either on-site or remoteHands on working experience in XeroExcellent written and verbal communications in EnglishPrevious experience in managing cross border stakeholders Other qualificationsSkilled in MS office specially Excel and TeamsStrong numerical skills and attention to detail Has the ability to prioritize work and communicate well with customers Ability to take ownership of the assigned work and work independently Fast Learner who can work with minimum supervisionA team player with a positive attitudeDeep focus and ability to think out side of the box Upholds the highest standards of ethics and can maintain confidentiality
