What differentiates BDO as an employer is our focus on relationships.About the RoleAssist in providing accounting advisory services to clients across various industriesSupport the preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with IFRS Accounting StandardsConduct technical accounting research and analysis on complex accounting topicsAssist in the development and delivery of training sessions to clients or internal teamsCollaborate with other teams to manage and deliver projects and client engagementsParticipate in technical accounting discussions and stay updated on changes in global accounting standardsSupport clients in IFRS conversion and adoption processes, ensuring alignment with local regulationsDraft detailed reports and presentations for clients summarizing findings and recommendationsBuild strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor in accounting matters.Qualifications & Experience:3-5 years of experience in an accounting advisory roleStrong understanding of IFRS Accounting Standards and financial reporting requirementsExperience with preparing financial statements in IFRS Accounting Standards frameworkProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with accounting software is beneficialExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plusStrong analytical, problem-solving, and research skillsInternational accounting qualification is required: CA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent is a must.Fluent in English (reading, speaking, and writing).BDO's Story:The BDO story is truly remarkable one, built on solid foundations laid by our visionary founder.
