Our commitment to excellence, combined with a global network of partners and experts, empowers us to unlock potential and deliver long-term value for our investors.Position Summary:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Associate, Investment Operations to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will own the day-to-day operations across our multi-asset platform, spanning venture capital, private debt, private equity, and real estate, and across our fund structures in in several countries. Working alongside the investment, accounting, and compliance teams and our external service providers, the candidate will ensure efficiency, control, and excellence across asset servicing, valuations, investor operations, entity administration, and deal execution support. The role scope is expected to evolve as the platform adds new funds and asset classes.Key Responsibilities:Loan Servicing:Process borrower drawdown requests, profit and principal payments, and maintain the loan tape.Conduct covenant assessment and monitor reporting triggers, collateral, and security.Deal Execution Support — Venture Capital:Support due diligence and closing of VC investments, coordinating with investment, legal, and compliance teams.Manage transaction documentation, signatures, and closing mechanics through to completion.Valuations:Calculate the fair value of fund assets across asset classes, performing certain valuations in-house and coordinating others with outsourced administrators and valuers.Produce portfolio and investor-level calculations, supporting evidence for the accounting team to prepare the NAV pack.Review administrator-prepared valuations and deliverables for accuracy ahead of release.Investor Operations & Reporting:Process investor transactions, including subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, and redemptions, and maintain investor records and capital accounts.Manage investor onboarding and prepare periodic and ad-hoc investor reports.Serve as a point of contact for investor queries and maintain the investor data room.Cross-Jurisdiction Entity & Regulatory Administration:Administer fund and SPV entities across Saudi Arabia, tand other jurisdictions, working with counsel and registered agents.Maintain regulatory filings, statutory records, and FATCA/CRS obligations across jurisdictions.Control, Process & Data:Maintain operational controls, reconciliations, and standard operating procedures.Own data integrity and records across operational systems, and drive process improvements across funds.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with the investment, accounting, legal, and compliance teams, and coordinate operations across funds.Manage external service providers, including administrators, custodians, auditors, and registered agents, and support regulatory filings.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience:5+ years of experience in investment operations, fund operations, or fund administration within asset management, financial services, or banking.Hands-on experience across fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and asset/loan servicing.Experience administering offshore and regional fund structures is strongly preferred, including familiarity with FATCA/CRS.Familiarity with regulatory and AML/KYC requirements relevant to fund and credit operations.Skills:Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in MS Excel (financial calculations and reporting).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Arabic and English is strongly preferred.Desirable Attributes:Demonstrated ability to improve processes and increase operational efficiency.High level of integrity and ethical standards.Adaptability and eagerness to take on a broadening remit as the platform grows.Education:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA, FRM) are a plus but not mandatory.Employment Type:Full-timeDepartment:OperationsJob Location:Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
