Senior Associate, Regulatory Compliance

Our client is an international service provider that they provide a wide range of services such as regulatory compliance advisory services to their clients. Their clients are mainly in the financial services industry including asset management such as hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital, payment solutions etc. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for Senior Associate, Regulatory Compliance and the position is based in Singapore.Key responsibilities:Work as a team to manage a portfolio of fund management clients to provide them compliance solutions and servicesProvide compliance advisory services such as license applications, compliance program support, regulatory reporting etcHandle compliance assignments and ensure completion that meet clients’ timelines and quality standardsAssist in drafting and reviewing proposals and letters of engagement to clientsKeep abreast of the latest regulatory requirements and industry updatesOther ad-hoc compliance duties as necessaryKey requirementsAt least 2 years of regulatory compliance experience in consultancy firms / audit firms / regulators / buyside asset management firmsGood understanding of asset management industryCandidates from audit background with fund exposure will be consideredGood client servicing and communication skillsMotivated, meticulous, team-playerInterested parties please send your resume to Loretta Chan at loretta@amethystasiapartners.comRegrettably only shortlisted candidates will be contactedEA License Number: 20C0180| Registration no: R1876188
