We believe in making Great Moments for Everyone, Every day.JOB TITLESenior Associate Security Operations | MAF Properties | UAE PotfolioROLE SUMMARYThe Security Executive is responsible for supporting the delivery of safe, secure and customer-focused communities by coordinating day-to-day security activities, liaising with internal teams, service providers and relevant authorities, and assisting in the monitoring of security service provider performance. The role holder provides operational and administrative support to ensure security procedures, incident reporting, inspections, authority coordination and service provider obligations areROLE PROFILECoordinate daily security operations across assigned communities, facilities, and common areas to ensure a safe and secure environment.Conduct routine inspections, patrol observations, and service quality checks, reporting findings and recommendations to management.Monitor security service provider performance, including deployment, attendance, grooming, conduct, and compliance with agreed standards.Support the management and escalation of security incidents, emergencies, accidents, and customer security concerns.Liaise with Dubai Police, SIRA, Civil Defense, and other relevant authorities on security-related matters and inspections.Monitor security systems such as CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems, ensuring operational readiness.Coordinate with internal stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and service providers to resolve security-related issues and complaints.Prepare and maintain incident reports, inspection records, performance dashboards, and operational trackers for management review.REQUIREMENTSBachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, Law Enforcement, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in security operations, corporate security, community security, facilities security, law enforcement, or a similar environment.Experience liaising with Dubai Police, SIRA, Civil Defence, and other relevant government authorities, with a good understanding of local security regulations and compliance requirements.Practical experience in incident investigation, security reporting, emergency response, and the use of security systems such as CCTV, access control, and visitor management systems.Working knowledge of CCTV, access control, visitor management systems, and other security technologies.Fluency in English and Arabic, with strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer service skills.WHAT WE OFFERAt Majid Al Futtaim, we’re on a mission to create great moments, to spread happiness, to build, experiences that stay in our memories for a lifetime.
