Senior Associate — Transactions & Regulatory

We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Transactions & Regulatory Practice in Dubai.This is a full-time, office-based position.Essential requirements* Minimum 6 years’ experience as a transactions lawyer, including at least 2 years in Dubai based and licensed law firm.* Strong drafting, legal research and analytical skills* Experience in corporate, commercial and regulatory matters in the UAE* Ability to independently manage transactions and take ownership of assigned matters* Ability to assist the Head of Transactions & Regulatory Practice and the Founder on complex matters, research and client work* A collaborative and team-oriented approach* High standards of professional ethics, discretion and confidentiality* Sound judgment, intellectual curiosity and attention to detail.The experience requirements are mandatory.We are looking forward to onboard a thoughtful, capable and dependable colleague who takes pride and ownership of their work, with uncompromisable professional integrity and effortlessly collaborative with colleagues and clients alike.Position: Senior AssociatePractice: Transactions & Regulatory
