قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجEram Talent is partnering with a prestigious, industry-leading Oil & Gas organization in Saudi Arabia to identify a highly technical Senior ASU Commissioning & Start-up Engineer.This is a critical, senior-level role for a subject matter expert with over a decade of dedicated hands-on experience in Air Separation Units (ASU). You will be the driving force behind the design, optimization, and safe operation of complex cryogenic air separation processes, ensuring peak production and stringent safety compliance in high-purity oxygen environments.The work location would be in Tanajib /Khursaniyah.Key Responsibilities:Asset Specification & Sizing: Lead the specification and sizing of critical ASU assets, including high-pressure air compressors, air adsorption and dehydration systems, turboexpanders, Brazed Aluminum Heat Exchangers (BAHX), and cryogenic distillation columns.Storage & Vaporization Management: Oversee liquid oxygen and nitrogen storage and vaporization systems to guarantee reliable peak production and backup supply.Commissioning & Start-Up: Provide hands-on leadership during cryogenic ASU commissioning, start-ups, and performance guarantee testing.Troubleshooting & Optimization: Act as the ultimate technical authority for troubleshooting complex operational issues and optimizing Molecular Sieve Adsorption Systems (pre-purification units) for maximum moisture removal and regeneration cycle efficiency.Advanced Process Simulation: Utilize advanced proficiency in Aspen HYSYS or PRO/II, specifically calibrating process simulations for cryogenic air separation cycles and validating models against real-world plant data.Safety & Compliance: Apply deep practical knowledge of Compressed Gases and Cryogenic Fluids Codes. Champion safety standards regarding oxygen compatibility and fire hazard management within high-purity oxygen environments.RequirementsBachelors Degree in Engineering10+ years of strictly hands-on, specialized experience in Air Separation Units (ASU) and Cryogenics.Proven track record in cryogenic ASU commissioning, start-up, and performance testing.Mastery of process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) with a focus on cryogenic calibration.Deep understanding of the mechanical and thermodynamic principles behind turboexpanders, BAHX, and distillation columns.Uncompromising commitment to process safety, with expert knowledge of global codes and standards for handling compressed gases and cryogenic fluids.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional leadership skills.
