The company delivers end-to-end AI services, securely processing large data sets and integrating predictive insights directly into client workflows across financial services, insurance, real estate, and other sectors.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Business Analyst (Broadridge SFCM) role - remote with occasional travel to France and Luxembourg. The Senior BA will gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Broadridge SFCM, working closely with stakeholders in front-office, middle-office, and back-office functions to translate business needs into clear functional specifications. The role involves mapping and optimizing business processes, supporting solution design, and collaborating with technology teams to ensure effective configuration, customization, and integration of Broadridge SFCM. The Senior BA will participate in workshops, lead impact assessments, and contribute to test planning, including creating test cases, supporting UAT, and validating production deployments. Ongoing responsibilities include monitoring system performance against business objectives, identifying enhancements, providing user training and documentation, and ensuring that solutions comply with regulatory and operational standards.QualificationsStrong Business Analysis skills, including requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.Proficiency in defining and optimizing Business Processes, with experience in workflow mapping and process reengineering.Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess impacts, and support decision-making in Broadridge SFCM implementations.Clear and effective Communication skills, including the ability to present findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience working with Business Requirements for capital markets or securities finance platforms, with Broadridge SFCM.Previous experience as a Senior BA in banking or financial services, particularly in securities finance, collateral management, or post-trade operations.Familiarity with regulatory and risk considerations in capital markets (e.g., EMIR, SFTR, Basel-related requirements) is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, information systems, or a related field; professional certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
